Conclusion Questions:

1. In as much detail as possible record the steps it took to create your logo in Adobe illustrator. Use complete sentences. Try to recall as many of the different tools, processes, and keyboard commands as possible.

First I drew a sketch of what my logo would look like. I originally just did an elephant and my name then changed the design. Afterward, I uploaded my sketches to wix and clicked the locked layer, and used the pen tool to sketch my logo. After sketching my design I refined the design and added text and used type on a path to make my name on the logo. I ungrouped the name and rotated the letters. For the leaves and rotated and changed the opacity to make them look layered, I also used the shape builder tool to make the leaves for the lotus. To make the logo a sticker I used the outline stroke, offset stroke, and cut line to make the logo.

2. What is a cut line? Why is it important to add when making stickers?

A cut line is an outline around a logo so that when it prints out it is the whole logo.

3. What is branding? How can you use it to market yourself when looking for a job?

Branding is when you make a presentation about an item or name with quality. I can market myself with good qualities and show that I am fit for the job with branding.

4. Based on the learning target, what level of mastery does your project demonstrate (Exceeds, Meets, Needs Work, Minimal Understanding). Why do you think so? Make sure to provide specific evidence.

I think that my level of mastery Exceeds the expectations because I made my logo using skills I have learned in class and made it unique to myself. I included my culture and name to make it personal as well.
