1. In as much detail as possible record the steps it took to create this project in Adobe illustrator. Use complete sentences. Try to recall as many of the different tools, shapes, and keyboard commands as possible.

To create this project I first created a new artboard and used polygons to make the body, ears and carrot of my robot. I used the widget to make the edges softer. I then used ellipses to make the head and ears. I used the selection tool to move the shapes where I wanted them to create a bunny robot. I used the pen tool to create the arms, eyes and mouth of the bunny. To make an outline of my shapes I made the stroke bigger and then to make the bunny blue I used a light blue fill and darker blues to give it more complexity. To export the bunny I used the selection tool to highlight over he bunny and group it together so it wouldn't move while exporting. I selected PNG as the format to put onto my wix website.

2. What are vector graphics? How do they differ from raster graphics? Give an example for how you would use each type of graphic?

Vector graphics use shapes and lines to create designs and images in graphic design. Raster graphics is used with color and gives an unclear image when it comes to graphic designing. When photoshopping I would use raster graphics because it would use more color and less precision which is not needed in photographs. I would use vector graphics when creating a logo to get a clear image and design.

3. In addition to Raster Vs Vector graphics, what are at least 3 major similarities between and difference between Adobe photoshop and Illustrator?

Three major similarities between Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is the tools, layout and layers. Three differences between the two is Illustrator is easier to use, better for graphic designs and mostly uses shapes and lines.

Based on the learning target, "Interpret and explain terminology and practices specific to the graphic design sector by illustrating a Robot using 5 essential Ai skills such as creating art boards, drawing shapes, combining shapes, changing colors and using the pen tool " what level of mastery does your project demonstrate (Exceeds, Meets, Needs Work, minimal understanding). Why do you think so? Make sure to provide specific evidence.

I believe my project exceeds, because I used all the required tools and added as much detail as I could. For example the carrot top is made using the pen tool and so are the details in the carrot. To make the ears and top of the head I used anchoring to change the shape of ellipses to make it look more like bunny ears.
